Pastel Arctic is a combination of the polygenic pastel trait and the heterozygous incomplete dominant arctic mutation. The pastel trait gives the snake a more intense colouration with each shed and the arctic gene gives the snake a white background with black borders around the saddles and visible eyebrows.
