Pastel Arctic Anaconda is a combination of the polygenic pastel trait, the heterozygous incomplete dominant arctic mutation and the heterozygous incomplete dominant anaconda mutation. The pastel trait gives the snake a more intense colouration with each shed and the arctic gene gives the snake a white background with black borders around the saddles and visible eyebrows. The anaconda gene gives the snake a lack of pattern.
