Savannah Anaconda is a combination of the recessive savannah mutation and the heterozygous incomplete dominant anaconda mutation. This combination has a reddish to brown colouration on the dorsal pattern. Hatchlings start out lightly coloured and get darker troughout the years. Savannahs possess black-bordered blotches, aberrant neck flags and a speckeled background. The face patterning has white borders and is often elongated. The ventral scales have an orange and dark yellow colouration. The anaconda mutation gives the snake a lack of pattern.
