Pastel Superarctic is a combination of the polygenic pastel trait and the homozygous incomplete dominant superarctic mutation. The pastel trait gives the snake a more intense colouration with each shed and the superarctic gene gives the snake a white background with black saddles. The superarctics start out very dark and make a drastic change in colour after the first shed. The eyes are solid black.
