Caramel is a recessive colour mutation. Caramel is the cleanest form of T+ albino and displays no black markings. Caramels are creamy coloured with pink markings. The eyes and tongue are both ruby pink coloured. Neonates have a translucent stripe along the belly. As they age the belly gets a cleaner look making the belly pattern almost entirely absent with an ivory-cream colour. Caramels also have reduced head/neck pattern.
